Job Requirements\n\nRegistered Nurse - Dialysis | Full Time | Holyoke, 01040\n\nPay Range : $39.83-$51.00 / hour (based on experience)\n\nHours : Full-time (30+ hours per week)\n\nClinic Operating Schedule : Monday - Saturday – 5 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. (two shifts per day)\n\nNo Sundays. Predictable, clinic-based schedule.\n\nThe clinic offers multiple shift options across a steady weekly schedule, providing predictable hours and strong work-life balance.\n\nJoin our Holyoke dialysis team and make a lasting impact in a supportive environment built on consistency, collaboration, and care.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care for patients living with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). You'll build long-term relationships with patients and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to consistent, compassionate care.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n

• Provide dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical standards\n
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status\n
• Administer medications and respond to changes in condition\n
• Educate patients and families on dialysis and home care\n
• Partner with the care team to individualize treatment plans\n\nQualifications\n
• RN license in Massachusetts\n
• ADN required; BSN preferred\n
• Current BLS / CPR\n
• Dialysis experience strongly preferred\n
