Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
Engage with candidates regarding employment possibilities and keep them informed throughout the selection process
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of talent acquisition experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment and full requisition loads
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
Proficient in Boolean Search String techniques for talent sourcing
Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
