Position Overview

We seek a Project Analyst to join our case teams, supporting Managers and Senior Managers in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong communication skills, capable of managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Analyst will uphold our values, collaborating effectively in both in-person and remote settings to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Project Management : Manage a full caseload, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
• Project Execution : Oversee cases to meet project requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints while maintaining top-quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless case management.
• Research & Communication : Address escalated claim inquiries, communicate findings to stakeholders, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation : Review project reports for accuracy, identify case issues, and assist in developing business rules for claims processing and payments, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
