Localization Project Manager, Marketing Intern

We are seeking a talented student to join our Global Marketing team as a Localization Project Manager, Marketing Intern. You are studying, or curious in project management, and / or international marketing. You are comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and fixed-date delivery schedules. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross functionally to drive localization efforts behind physical and digital product launches from start to finish. You enjoy planning, scheduling, collaborating, and setting expectations with program stakeholders. You are curious and always seek optimization opportunities to help iRobot achieve its global business objectives. This is full-time internship from January through July of 2026. Students must have the ability to work 40 hours (M-F) for the entire duration.

What You Will Do :

• Manage project management queue from start to finish, including requests from internal stakeholders, identifying, and bridging gaps, tracking deadlines, and driving projects to completion
• Collaborate with internal customers and external agencies to ensure clear communication and status throughout project life cycle
• Actively engage with internal stakeholders to educate them on rules of engagement and best options for their needs
• Assist Project Manager and Program Manager in accurately forecasting volume of work for the vendors
• Attend cross-functional meetings to represent the localization team and gather requirements for upcoming projects.
• Utilize and promote internal tools and ticketing systems to receive, track and report on multiple projects
• Support the team on driving consistency and quality between various agencies and projects
• Document changes and improvements to current best practices
• Meet and exceed regional experience expectations
