Key Responsibilities
Manage Paid Search and Emerging Channels to achieve efficient CPA and identify growth opportunities
Own an 8-digit paid marketing budget and measure effectiveness against key business outcomes
Develop strategic roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing automation and tools
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in leading paid digital advertising, with at least 4 years in SEM and 3 years in app marketing
4-6 years of people management experience with strong leadership skills
Exceptional analytical capabilities to derive actionable insights from trends
Advanced proficiency in Excel and in-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
