ASL Recruiter

A company is looking for an ASL Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit qualified ASL interpreters nationally and manage the onboarding process

Screen candidates, negotiate compensation, and support scheduling for hard-to-fill assignments

Attend community events and conventions to promote services and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Linguistics

Ability to interpret American Sign Language is preferred

Experience in recruiting or related fields is beneficial

Familiarity with deaf culture and community engagement

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
