Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure the our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer.

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the inspection of the final product to ensure it is manufactured with compliance to AS9110 requirements, legal standards and meet all customer expectations.

The goal is to meet PPM and OTD requirements as well as help preserve our reputation by ensuring that products and services are capable and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements, developing effective quality control processes.
• Able to understand and use all types of typical inspection gages, including but not limited to CMM, micrometers, bore gages, comparators, hardness checkers, borescopes, profilometers, etc.
• Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
• Setting requirements for supplier raw material / intermediate products and monitoring compliance.
• Manage and mentor 5+ employees, monitoring results to production standards.
• Toolcrib and shop inspection gages oversight, calibration, and new purchase.
• Ensure all ISO9001 and AS 9100 requirements met with Management review.
• Generate FAIRs, PPAPs, PFMEAs, APQPs, OEEs, to customer requirements
