Oversees the daily construction activities at a work site.

Duties :

  • Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials.
  • Work with subcontractors to complete project within the given budget and time frame. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes.

Requirements :

  • Requires minimum of three years of experience.
  • Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group / small department.
  • Experience in handling federal government work is a plus.
  • Construction Quality Management certificate holder is preferred.
