As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. Working in this area, you will analyze client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

The Opportunity

As part of the Banking Ops team, you lead teams to identify and assess risks and opportunities for improvement in banking processes. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and uphold professional standards. You participate in client discussions, manage workstreams, and develop strategies to address client needs while maintaining project economics.

The salary range for this position is : $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
