Position Description : Yugo seeks a dynamic, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our growth in the student housing sector. You will be the driving force in developing strategic partnerships, negotiating complex deals, and representing our brand in the market. Ideal candidates will blend best-in-class networking skills, deep student housing expertise, and a proven track record for executing multifaceted deals with industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, establish, and nurture high-value relationships with student housing owners, property managers, universities, and industry service partners.
Lead negotiations and close multifaceted partnership and management agreements—including university contracts, developer partnerships, and collaborations with institutional stakeholders.
Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market opportunities to develop actionable growth strategies.
Publish and present thought-leadership insights, such as market narratives, white papers, and executive summaries.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
Minimum 3+ years in business development, sales, asset management, or client services within student housing, multifamily, or university real estate sectors.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
