A company is looking for a Consultant, Learning & Performance Clinical - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Assess organizational performance gaps and provide strategic advisement on learning and development interventions
Partner with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives and evaluate their impact
Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning solutions, and facilitate training sessions and workshops
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
7+ years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting
Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles
Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach
