In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in various marine industry positions, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our clients in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and recruit candidates for various marine-related positions through networking, social media, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Stay updated on the marine industry trends and job market to effectively source candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
