Compensation : $80K-$150K per year OTE (with Draw Against Commission)

- ? Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
- Educate clients on product options and guide them through insurance claims
- Coordinate with project and service teams to ensure smooth installations
- Generate new business through events, outreach, and door-knocking
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing referrals
- ?️ Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of in-home sales experience (construction background preferred)
- Comfortable with door-knocking, outdoor work, and events
- Willing to work evenings and weekends to meet with homeowners
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills
- ? Compensation & Schedule
- ? Earnings : $80K-$150K annually OTE (with Draw Against Commission)
- ? Benefits : Paid training, health insurance after 30 days
- ⏰ Schedule : Full-time, weekdays (between 8am-10pm availability) + every other Saturday
