Centralized Production Associate
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION :
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Logistics and Aftermarket. The CP Associate will assist in meeting and exceeding daily production goals to support the growth of the Retail Division. This includes but is not limited to Ecommerce, new stores, existing stores, post retail and salvage operations.
Exemplary Duties / Responsibilities :
- The Centralized Production (CP) Associate will process raw goods to support the growth of the Retail Division.
- Achieves required daily production goals. .
- Operates production pricing system.
- Responsible for the accuracy of product selection and pricing.
- Report safety hazards and all incidents to management immediately.
- Maintains the workspace in a clean, orderly, and safe manner, which may include housekeeping tasks.
- The CP Associate may be cross trained for other retail functions.
- Attend department and safety meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education / Experience :
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.Basic mathematical skills.Knowledge & Skills :
Brand awareness to maximize Retail pricing strategies.Use of computer.Accuracy at work is essential.Able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.Appearance and organization of assigned workstation.Ability to perform some janitorial duties.Desirable Qualifications :
Bilingual is a plus.Cooperation with store personnel, direct supervisors, and Division Director.Quantity and quality of work performed.Accuracy of records maintained.Ability to meet deadlines and respond to special needs.Ability to follow simple instructions.Appearance and organization of assigned workstation.Ability to perform some janitorial duties.Core Competencies :

$16.75 - Eligible after completion of introductory period
$17.00 - Eligible after 9 months of active employment
