Seeking a Freelance Assistant Content Marketing Manager to support our client’s digital content initiatives. This part-time, remote contract role will focus primarily on publishing and managing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AEM, is comfortable managing projects in Asana, and has strong organizational skills to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with client brand standards.

Details :

  • Freelance / part-time role (approx. 10 hours per week).
  • Remote work with flexible hours.

Responsibilities :

  • Upload and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring accuracy, formatting consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Work with a copy editor to edit content prior to publishing.
  • Assist with Higher Ed blog page creation, updates, and content migrations within AEM.
  • Optimize content for readability, SEO, and user experience.
  • Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of updates.
  • Use Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and project communications.

    • Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (required).
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Plus : Familiarity with SEO best practices and web content formatting
