HR Generalist Advisor

In compliance with US pay transparency the salary range is $69,000 - $80,000. This is the indicative range for the role should it be based in the US but note that each geography carries specific salary ranges for the role reflective of local market conditions

About This Role

The HR Generalist Advisor provides experienced, first-line HR support to employees, addressing complex HR queries, managing employee relations issues and guiding employees through HR policies and procedures. This role serves as a trusted resource within the company, offering employees knowledgeable advice and fostering a supportive workplace environment.

Accountabilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on complex HR topics, workplace issues and company policies.
• Manage employee relations matters, including assisting with conflict resolution, performance discussions and sensitive workplace topics.
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance across the organization.
• Conduct investigations and assist in the resolution of employee grievances, disciplinary actions and escalated queries.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to improve policies and practices, contributing insights from frontline interactions with employees.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and policies, ensuring they are current, accessible and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, culture and retention by providing feedback and implementing programs at the team level.
• Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace, as it aligns with our HR priorities to enhance the company's as an employer of choice.
• Manage HR systems or tools, as Workday / SAP, that are critical for day-to-day operations.
