You'll play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations while helping shape a positive and supportive culture.

What You'll Do :

• Help manage all aspects of onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Process employee documentation and maintain compliance across HR records
• Conduct background checks and ensure timely hiring processes
• Provide guidance and support to office and field staff on HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and continuous improvement
