Information Systems Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Performs duties essential to the purchase of IT equipment.
• Provides oversight and management of all IT equipment purchases for the health system.
• Ensures all equipment and services to build and maintain a safe IT environment are purchased from approved vendors and suppliers.
• Performs duties to manage specified printer vendor contracts.
• Manages the relationship between the vendor, client, and customers ensuring satisfaction to all parties.
• Manages the printer vendor's performance level ensuring that all service level agreements are fulfilled to satisfaction.
• Provides financial analysis to customers upon request.
• Performs all duties promptly and efficiently and complies with Health System and departmental policies.
• Maintains excellent customer service and working relations.
• Seeks and maintains maximum value for the company through time and cost agreements while working with vendor / s and technologically advanced products.
