Role : Project Renovation Manager – Multifamily

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Salary : $80,000 – $110,000 + Benefits

We’re representing a national property developer seeking a Project Renovation Manager to lead a 6–9 month renovation project on a large multifamily community in Scottsdale, AZ.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in renovations, plumbing, and CAPEX projects to oversee a high-impact, resident-occupied renovation within a respected national portfolio.

The Role :

As the Project Renovation Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the renovation work with a key focus on repiping and plumbing system upgrades. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and maintain clear and professional communication with residents throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily renovation activities on an occupied multifamily property
• Oversee all repiping, CAPEX, and plumbing-related scopes of work
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with residents to minimize disruption and ensure satisfaction
• Deliver the project safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety requirements

Requirements :
