Plant Reliability & Maintenance Manager

Location : Geneva, USA Salary : $95,000 – $135,000 + 8% bonus potential Experience : 5–15 years (min. 1 year in management) Work Authorization : US Citizen, Green Card, or Permanent Resident (no sponsorship) Role Overview Lead a team of maintenance associates to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency. Drive continuous improvement, optimize preventive maintenance programs, manage spare parts strategies, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop maintenance team. Implement reliability strategies to improve OEE. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent equipment failures. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams on PM programs and downtime optimization. Drive continuous improvement aligned with Henkel Production System. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Must-Have-Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent technical experience). 5–7 years in manufacturing (CPG or related industry preferred). At least 1 year of managerial experience. Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance; CMRP preferred.
