Ultimately, they lead with compassion and always deliver results.  Position Overview  Our client is looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney with a focus on Corporate Law and Estate Planning.

Capable candidates will lead with a strong sense of execution and be responsible for creating positive outcomes across varying assignments.   Location :

• Towson, MD  Reports to : Founder  Schedule : On-Site  Employment Type : Full-Time  Salary Range : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD / Annually   Benefits : Health Insurance, 401(k), Growth Opportunities, Possibility of Future Partnership  Key Responsibilities Prepare pleadings, motions, depositions, and briefs with accuracy and attention to detail.  Represent the company and / or client at hearings, depositions, and trials in person as necessary.   Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of the company to ensure favorable outcomes.   Collaborate with corporate counsel on integration of estate plans.  Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.   Advise corporate and non-corporate clients and / or business owners on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, and succession planning.   Review and prepare contracts and leases.   Qualifications    Juris Doctorate and active bar licensure.  Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, commercial litigation, estate planning, corporate law, trusts, and construction law.   Experience working with family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and private businesses.   Extensive knowledge in corporate structures, construction law, and estate planning.   High attention to detail and excellent analytical & negotiation skills.   Strong ability to do legal research and maintain a high level of organization.   Strong written, verbal, and communication skills.  Strong moral character, executive presence, and professional demeanor.   Compensation  The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
