OPPORTUNITY

The Multi-Family Asset Management Intern Analyst candidate will be working closely with and provide support to the Multi-Family Asset Management Team, including cash flow analysis (sensitivity analysis, updating quarterly cash flow models, etc.).

• Start Date : Immediate opening
• End Date : no later than December 31, 2026
• Hours Per Week : up to 30 hours (40 hours - Winter / Summer )
• Wages : $20 / hr. | $25 / hr. for MBA students
• Degree Type : Finance – Real Estate Focus Desirable
• Academic Level : Rising Junior working toward a graduate degree, Seniors graduating May of 2026, or MBA Candidate
