A-Line Staffing is now hiring Representative I in San Antonio, TX.

The Representative I would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Representative I Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Representative I Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Hybrid role : Must report to the San Antonio office 3 days per week (days TBD)
  • Must also report on a rotating weekend schedule
  • Training Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm EST for the first 8 weeks (attendance mandatory, no vacation)
  • Post-Training Schedule : Rotating shifts between 8 : 00am – 8 : 00pm EST, Monday – Friday, with rotating weekend coverage
  • Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025
  • Location : San Antonio Office

    • Representative I Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple software systems to create Medicare Prior Authorization case reviews
  • Meet or exceed government mandated timelines
  • Comply with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant and changing Medicare Part D guidance
  • Perform high-volume data entry across multiple systems with accuracy
  • Participate in virtual meetings (camera required during training and supervisor / team meetings)
  • Possible outbound calls as needed

    • Representative I Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Must have dedicated, quiet workspace with wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Must include internet speed test screenshot ( www.speedtest.net ) on resume
  • Must include state and time zone at top of resume
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Ability to sit and focus for full shift without interruptions
  • Ability to work independently and navigate multiple computer applications with dual monitors
  • Engagement and positive attitude

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work-from-home experience
  • Pharmacy or medical background
  • Experience in productivity-driven, independent roles
