Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all MEP field activities on large ground-up projects. Manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and resolve daily site challenges. Ensure seamless installation and integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Provide field leadership and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and clients. Travel frequently to project sites nationwide (approximately 75-100% travel).

The Successful Applicant
8+ years of field experience, including at least 2-3 completed ground-up data center or mission-critical projects. Deep understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and coordination. Strong leadership presence with the ability to keep teams aligned and accountable on fast-track schedules. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
