Traveling Mep Project Manager

Job Description
Lead the MEP scope of work on multimillion-dollar ground-up projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk management. Work closely with design teams, trade partners, and internal leadership to drive solutions. Ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into structural and architectural components. Travel frequently to project sites (approximately 75-100% travel).

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of construction experience with at least 3 large-scale ground-up data center or mission-critical projects. Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (structural and MEP integration). Proven track record of managing projects $50M+ in size. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence teams.
