What your day will look like :
Perform comprehensive evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and functional assessments
Design individualized treatment plans aligned with patients orthopedic needs and goals
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, joint mobilizations, and other evidence-based interventions
Apply modalities such as shockwave, laser, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat / cold therapy as appropriate
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation, injury prevention, posture, and safe movement techniques
Track patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes in compliance with regulations
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate records while following HIPAA guidelines and clinical best practices
Stay up to date with developments in orthopedic rehabilitation through continuing education and training
What we are looking for :
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation methods
Comfortable in working with a variety of patient population including post-surgical individuals, athletes, accident recovery patients, and those with chronic orthopedic conditions
