What You'll Do

• Lead & Develop : Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
• Leverage Technology : Use your NetSuite know-how to streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
• Vendor Relations : Maintain strong partnerships with vendors while resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.
• Invoice & Payment Oversight : Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
• Expense Management : Oversee employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance and quick turnaround.
• Drive Compliance : Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies.
• Month-End & Reporting : Assist with close activities and deliver meaningful AP reports and insights.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce errors, and maximize efficiency.
