Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Care Visits

This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy flexibility, independence, and genuine client connection.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Conduct home visits lasting approximately 15–30 minutes\n
• Take and record client vitals\n
• Assess client care and environment\n
• Complete care surveys and documentation accurately and promptly\n
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the home care team\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active RN license in Tennessee (required)\n
• Reliable transportation\n
• Strong communication and assessment skills\n
