Position : Order Management Specialist

Location : San Jose, CA
Pay : $33.82 – $36.23 / hr
Duration : 2-month contract
Schedule : Standard business hours. May require evening / weekend availability during peak periods
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and enter customer orders accurately, ensuring backlog quality and compliance
- Manage order fulfillment from entry to completion, ensuring customer requirements are met
- Communicate effectively with Sales, Manufacturing, Applications, and Installation teams
- Provide shipping and billing instructions based on contract terms
- Proactively resolve and escalate issues that could impact order delivery or customer satisfaction
- Identify and categorize submission defects and assist in process improvements
- Collaborate with peers on cross-functional and multi-business deals
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in order management or customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong attention to detail and ability to handle high data-entry volumesWillingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods
