General Warehouse Associate

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments : Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.

Schedule and Shifts : 2nd Shift : Monday-Friday 3 PM-11 : 30 PM $18.50 Base Pay W / $1 shift differential = $19.50 an hr. 3rd Shift : Sunday-Thursday 11 PM-7 : 30 AM $18.50 Base Pay W / $1.50 shift differential = $20.00 an hr. 4th Shift : Saturday & Sunday 6 AM-6 : 30 PM (2) 12-hour Shifts & (2) 8-hour Shifts during the week. $18.50 Base Pay with $1.50 shift differential = $20.00 an hr.

  • Part Time Available for Saturday and Sunday ONLY

What You'll Do in each Department :

Receiving Department :

  • Unload trailers and move product to designated areas
  • Meet production goals

    • Shipping Department :

  • Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers
  • Meet production goals

    • Order Selection Department :

  • Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes
  • Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt
  • Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day

    • What You Bring :

  • No certifications required just a strong work ethic.
  • Safety Mindset 100% Commitment.
  • Ability to lift 5060 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes per hour.
  • Previous warehouse experience, preferred.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 812 hours per shift.
  • Reliable attendance and transportation.
  • Dependability and team spirit.
