Staff Management | SMX is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented associates to perform 100% quality inspections on manufactured plastic products at our client facility in Macedonia, OH in a warehouse environment.

This is a great opportunity to start in a quality-focused role with potential for long-term growth! The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm for project-based work until completion.

Upon project completion, associates may transition to long-term production roles (12-hour shifts, 3 days on / 3 days off).

Pay Rate : $16.00 / hour Duties : Inspect and sort small, hand-sized parts and require a delicate check Must meet productivity goal of sorting a minimum of 10 boxes (160 parts per box) per shift Sorting finished goods for quality based on training Sorting finished goods in a timely manner .

Position Requirements : Able to read and interpret written information Follow policies and procedures Regular attendance and punctuality Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a plus, but not required Requirements : Background Check, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education : No Education Requirement.
