Responsibilities :

Operate computerized embroidery machines to embroider designs onto various accessories, including bags, pouches, and other lifestyle products.

Set up and prepare embroidery machines for production runs, including selecting appropriate threads, needles, and embroidery patterns.

Load designs into embroidery machines and adjust settings such as stitch length, tension, and speed to ensure accurate and precise embroidery.

Monitor embroidery machines during production runs to ensure quality and consistency of embroidered designs.

Perform regular maintenance tasks on embroidery machines, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor issues.

Inspect finished products for quality defects and make adjustments to embroidery machines as needed to correct issues.

Ensure accurate interpretation and execution of embroidery designs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of embroidery materials and equipment.

Requirements :

Previous experience operating computerized embroidery machines in a production environment.

Proficiency in setting up and adjusting embroidery machines to achieve desired results.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet production deadlines.

Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting techniques for computerized embroidery machines

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
