Customer Support Specialist - Merchant Services

Location : Kingston, MA

Department : Merchant Services

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (On-site only)

Pay Rate : $20.00- $22.00 / hour (Contract-to-Perm)

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be a key part of our Merchant Services team, helping new and existing clients manage and optimize their credit card processing systems. You'll work closely with clients ranging from retail shops to tech companies, providing direct support from setup to troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new merchant accounts post-sales handoff
• Set up credit card terminals, payment gateways, and software
• Troubleshoot hardware / software issues for merchant clients
• Review client statements and explain fees
• Perform basic math to audit and reconcile client accounts
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records
• Support a variety of industries with diverse technical needs
