Job Description

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control, while ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The role requires close coordination with the general contractor, project stakeholders, and internal teams, as well as consistent reporting on progress and financials. Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the day-to-day project management of mechanical construction scopes.
• Maintaining schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, field teams, and clients.
• Utilizing Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Spectrum to manage workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
