Position Overview :

As an RN at our facility, you’ll play a vital leadership role in directing and coordinating the total care of residents on your assigned team. Working closely with your supervisor and nurse manager, you will implement personalized care plans designed to meet each resident’s unique needs and goals. Collaboration is key — you’ll work alongside healthcare professionals, residents, and families to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care every day. You’ll also serve as a role model, inspiring and guiding your team to uphold the highest standards of nursing practice.

What We’re Looking For :

Current, active RN license in Pennsylvania

Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in rehab or long-term care, but passion and commitment matter most

Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and physicians

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs

Sensitivity to residents’ emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs

Strong professional judgment and ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergencies

Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Lead your nursing team in providing comprehensive, individualized care based on resident assessments
