OIC, L.P. seeks an associate, investment strategist in New York, NY. Job duties include : monitor asset portfolios and make recommendations based on economic factors and market influences on invested capital. Research, analyze, and assess the advisability of investment opportunities. Analyze financial information and forecast business, industry, or economic conditions. Conduct environmental performance assessments of existing and prospective investments and report on environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) content. Generate financial models and analyses for investment-related due diligence and tracking investment projects.

Candidates must have at least a master's degree in finance, computational finance, or a related field and at least one year of professional experience working in financial analysis within the investment banking industry. Must have at least one year of experience executing fixed-income investment transactions in the infrastructure sector, including renewable energy and digital infrastructure. Must have at least one year of experience working on multiple phases of the transaction execution process, including presentation creation, industry research, and due diligence. Must have at least one year of experience developing complex financial models, including valuations, debt schedules, and tax equity structures. Must have at least one year of experience conducting sensitivity and fixed-income portfolio analyses and structuring investment exit strategies. Must be proficient in power bi, python, r, and sql. Annual salary : $118,248.
