A respected Commercial General Contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience leading federal construction projects. Project Manager Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of federal construction projectsfrom preconstruction through closeoutas the lead Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, contract documents, and quality control standards (USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, etc.).
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and government officials to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Lead project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and act as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with estimators and preconstruction teams to develop competitive proposals and project plans.
