Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Risk and Opportunity Manager which is onsite to Aurora CO.

What You Will Do :

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with government and contract requirements.
• Formulate and oversee risk mitigation plans, contingency strategies, and corrective action measures.
• Continuously monitor program operations to identify emerging risks (technical, operational, programmatic) and assess likelihood and impact.
• Ensure risk management processes are actively applied across all shifts and teams to support uninterrupted operations.
• Work closely with operations, program management, and customer representatives to proactively manage risk across all functional areas.
• Track risk metrics and trends, conduct lessons-learned reviews, and recommend process enhancements to strengthen program resilience.

Pay Rate : $45 - $55 / hr.
