Manager, Risk Trading

As a Manager, Risk Trading at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to help us create a culture and an environment which enables the Trading team to thrive. Reporting into the Risk Trading Director, you will play an integral role in the extended Trading Risk management team, as well as the wider FBG team.

We are looking for a proven manager of people and processes, or a skilled trader looking for a first step into management. Whatever your background, keeping the customer and colleague experience at the heart of everything you do is vital to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Managing Traders and Associate Traders
• Recruitment of Traders and Associate Traders when necessary
• Creating a culture that allows your colleagues to thrive both individually and as a team
• Coaching and developing less experienced members of the team
• Working with the Directors and Senior Traders to create a world-class betting proposition for our customers
• Reporting on the performance of the Trading teams and analyzing the value of new additions to the betting proposition
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the Risk department
• Assisting other teams within the Trading department where necessary

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
