Description : Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultations : Conduct initial consultations to assess skin type, discuss aesthetic goals, and determine suitable treatments.
  • Skincare Treatments : Perform a range of services, including facials, waxing, and advanced procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, micro-needling, and injections.
  • Product & Regimen Recommendation : Advise clients on personalized skincare routines and recommend suitable products to enhance their skin health.
  • Hygiene & Safety : Maintain strict standards of cleanliness in the treatment areas and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
  • Client Education : Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and healthy habits to maintain results.
  • Professional Development : Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new technologies, and innovative skincare products.
  • Administrative Tasks : May also involve client scheduling, managing appointments, and processing sales transactions.

Requirements :

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Licensure : A valid state license to practice as an esthetician is required.
  • ACLP Certification : Advanced Clinical Laser Procedures certification is a key requirement, allowing you to perform laser treatments. (Would potentially consider a very motivated esthetician ready to become ACLP certified.)
  • Product Knowledge : Thorough understanding of skincare product ingredients, benefits, and application.
  • Interpersonal Skills : The ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide a positive and reassuring experience.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in performing various esthetic and laser-based treatments with precision and care.
