Position Objective
Participate in every aspect of culinary creation, delivering exquisite food and beverage experiences that delight and inspire our guests.
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare menu items for guests with precision and consistency, following established quality standards.
- Maintain and refresh station set up with the required mise en place to ensure seamless service.
- Accurately complete storeroom requisitions for necessary supplies.
- Verify that all equipment and stations are fully prepared for service, replenishing items as needed to maintain par levels.
Requirements
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Basic computational skills required.Ability to work in varying temperatures, including freezers and hot kitchen environments.Must be able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours per day.Proper usage and handling of kitchen equipment and machinery.Ability to safely handle knives, pots, mirrors, and other display items, and transport up to 50 pounds throughout the kitchen.Proficiency in cutting skills on work surfaces with cutting boards.Ability to physically demonstrate culinary techniques.Capacity to work efficiently in limited spaces and move quickly between departments as needed.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests, supervisors, and team members.Why Join Us?

Must be 18 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent required.Culinary certification or higher-level credential preferred.Work Environment
