Job Description

Ludvik Electric Co., with its corporate office in Lakewood, CO and satellite offices in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT; has completed projects all over the United States and abroad. Summary :

Coordinates electrical construction projects; assists Project Manager with adherence to contract documents including plans, specifications, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates. Manages data and material resources throughout the life of a project.

Essential Accountabilities : (Not all-inclusive)

• Prepares submittals, shop drawings, layout drawings, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and other various documentation as required by project needs
• Creates and maintains project files and project logs, e.g., Submittal, Purchase Orders
• Builds Schedules
• Enforces Project Strategy Document
• Prepares Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
• Distributes and maintains current drawings, specifications and product data
• Promptly resolves issues with clients
• Manages daily affairs to stay on budget and on schedule
• Attends Project Management Meetings, Supervisory Trainings
