About the Role

Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and drive efficiency, quality, and innovation on the production floor. Lead initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while supporting a safe work environment.

What You'll Do

• ?? Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, systems, and processes.
• ?? Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
• ?? Evaluate equipment and process capabilities to ensure quality and compliance.
• ?? Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• ?? Mentor Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to grow team capability.
• ?? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• ?? 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• ?? Experience with PFMEA, DFM, or 2P / 3P process introduction tools.
• ?? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• ? Hands-on, results-driven; familiarity with lean principles a plus.
• ???? Lift 25–50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, twist, and carry tools / materials.
• ? Support 24 / 5 plant operations; regular attendance required.
• ?? Exempt role; ~45+ hours per week.
