Overview Instructional Design Coordinator (Contractor) – 100% Remote. Standard Business Hours.

Responsibilities Partner with internal team members and SMEs to design and develop technical training content.

Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to build effective learning solutions.

Develop multimedia assets, including audio, video, simulations, and interactive e-learning modules.

Leverage tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs for course creation.

Ensure quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Utilize standard tools, templates, and processes to align training materials with corporate objectives.

Minimum Qualifications Proven hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.

Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theory.

Demonstrated ability to edit audio / video content and create interactive learning modules.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
