A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Service representative.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors
Work in a high-volume production environment while adhering to a full-time schedule
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 : 30 pm EST
Experience in a call center or similar customer service role
Comfortable with remote work and using provided company equipment
Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
