Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in HR documentation, employee coordination, and HR software tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and hard copies).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and performance reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.23 years of experience in HR or administrative support.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
