MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISANT

Assist in the Accounts Payable Process including entering invoices, coding and matching

The Accounting Assistant will enter and process employee expense reports

Monitor bank statements and work on bank reconciliations

Assist in month end close process

The Accounting Assistant will help prepare and post journal entries

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

The right person is sharp, smart, a thinker, eager to learn, and very professional

Recent grad or some experience in AP

Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new systems

Salary : Up to $50,000 / yr
