This role will be responsible for onboarding process for new and existing customers and managing the day-to-day operations and processes for assigned services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Manage the customer onboarding process to ensure that customers are set up thoroughly and properly on the Relias solutions.Develop project plans, identify scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plansUtilize tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externallyIdentifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigationLead customer workshops and training sessions.Provide status reports to customer, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budgetDevelop and fostering positive relationships and build rapport with customersUtilize current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkitsEnsure that project management database is kept up to date and all time is logged and project notes are completeManage the day-to-day delivery of assigned services to new and existing customers.Providing technical support to customers throughout the duration of the engagementConduct platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as requiredCollaborate with Client Success (if applicable) on the ongoing management of the customer relationship as it relates to managed servicesMaintain in-depth knowledge of the Relias Solutions and PlatformsUtilize current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkitsAssist with developing and maintaining process documentation for managed services processesAssist with updating department SharePoint siteAct as liaison to other departments as assignedOther duties as assignedYOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE :
Bachelor's Degree1 year in a service delivery environment managing customer facing projects or services1 year implementing SaaS based products and solutions and delivering trainingExperience with project management tools, methodologies, and softwareAbility to effectively manage and nurture client relationships to achieve mutual successUtilization of CRM tools to improve overall client experienceAbility to understand a client's needs and challenges, assessing the fit for the solution(s), and building a foundation for successful engagements and a long-term relationshipAbility to effectively connect and manage the interaction between different software systems, applications, or services through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)Ability and willingness to take independent action, show proactive behavior, and drive progress without being explicitly instructed or directedWork effectively and harmoniously with others towards a common goal or objective utilizing the skills and attitudes necessary to engage, communicate, and cooperate with individuals or groups, fostering an inclusive and productive work environmentThe ability to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes.IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE :

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT :
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 / 40 days / quarter.
