Adjust strategies proactively to meet and exceed financial targets. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in consulting or healthcare industries. Strong knowledge of market dynamics and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership and team development experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Be part of a collaborative and growth-oriented team. Job Summary
The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for RiverBend Consulting. This role will work closely with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and the achievement of business objectives.
