1. A Flexible, High-Paying Team Model  Our signature program allows you to leverage a team of junior agents who are trained to support your closing activity. Our compensation model is transparent and developmental, based on five core tasks in the sales process :

  • The 5 Buckets of Work (Each worth 20% of the Street Commission) :
  • Find the Lead & Set the Appointment
  • Conduct the Fact Finder
  • Complete Case Design & Illustration
  • Present & Close
  • Complete Paperwork & Transfer Funds

This model is designed for partnership and growth. While your primary focus will be on the highest-skill tasks (Case Design, Presenting, Closing), you have the flexibility to step in where needed. As your junior partner develops, they will learn to take on more responsibility, freeing you up even further.  The 20% commission follows the work, ensuring fair compensation in a true partnership.

  • Must hold an active State Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
